Local Businesses: Help Us Make the 2026 Sandwich Elementary Fun Run a Success!
The Sandwich Elementary PTA is getting ready for another Fun Run, our biggest fundraiser of the year — and we’re looking for local businesses to join us as sponsors!
The Fun Run is more than a day of running, cheering, and school spirit. The money raised goes directly back to our students at Forestdale and Oak Ridge, helping the PTA provide the enrichment opportunities and experiences that make elementary school so much more than what happens in the classroom.
Your sponsorship makes a difference.
Last year, the Sandwich Elementary PTA raised $90,750 through the Fun Run. That funding helped provide opportunities for students across Pre-K through 6th grade, including field trips, cultural experiences, classroom and specialist resources, student celebrations, and more.
Because we reached our $90,000 goal, every grade received an additional $2,000 to put toward enrichment opportunities for their students.
That funding helped make things like these possible:
Field trips for students in grades K–6
5th and 6th grade social dances
Student celebration days and end-of-year experiences
Author visits and cultural enrichment programs
School assemblies and hands-on learning experiences
Classroom and specialist resources
Special events and activities that bring our school community together
And so much more
From a kindergarten trip to the Buttonwood Zoo to 4th grade's hands-on estuary science experience and 6th grade's trip to the theater, Fun Run fundraising helped turn these teacher ideas into reality.

Why Sponsor the Sandwich Elementary Fun Run?
When you sponsor the Fun Run, your business gets the opportunity to connect with hundreds of local families while supporting the students and schools in our community.
This year, our sponsor opportunities includes:
Fun Run Super Sponsor — $1,000 Logo featured on Fun Run marketing materials, the PTA website and social media, 1,200 Fun Run shirts, and at the start/finish line.
Spirit Sponsor — $500 Logo featured on marketing materials, the PTA website and social media, plus recognition on student shirts and at a spirit station.
Shirt Sponsor — $250 Logo featured on marketing materials and on the back of student Fun Run shirts.
Track Sponsor — $250 Logo featured on marketing materials and on a yard sign along the Fun Run track, where it will be seen by local families attending the event.
We also welcome in-kind donations and other creative ways local businesses would like to support the event.

Our goal is simple: raise as much as possible through the Fun Run so more of that money can go directly back to our students.
