Lead, Inspire, and Connect Our School Community
Are you passionate about education, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact? The PTA is seeking a dynamic individual to serve as Co-President, guiding our organization to support and enhance the school experience for all students.
What You’ll Do:
Provide leadership and direction to the PTA Executive Board
Preside over PTA board and general membership meetings
Serve as the primary liaison between the PTA, school administration, and the broader community
Collaborate with board members to set goals, develop budgets, and plan events
Ensure effective communication and coordination among all PTA committees
Represent the PTA at school leadership meetings and district councils if available
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and committed to fostering a strong school community. Whether you're a seasoned leader or looking to step into a leadership role, your dedication can make a significant difference.
Time Commitment: Approximately 4–6 hours per month, with flexibility during peak event times.
Treasurer
Be the Backbone of Our Budget!
Do you love numbers, organization, and making a real impact behind the scenes? The PTA is looking for a Treasurer to manage our finances and keep everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Maintain accurate financial records
Prepare budgets and track income/expenses
Handle dues, checks, deposits, and reports
Keep the board informed on financial matters
Time Commitment: 1–2 hours/week No CPA required—just an eye for detail and a heart for helping!
Cultural Committee Chair(s)
Celebrate, Collaborate, and Create Connection!
The PTA is seeking a passionate leader (or pair!) to head our Cultural Committee and help foster a more inclusive, diverse, and enriching experience for all students.
In this role, you’ll: Collaborate with the Arts & Music departments, DEIB, and Literacy Initiatives Help bring in incredible experiences—from Wampanoag cultural events to visiting authors and musicians Promote kindness, awareness, and celebration of all cultures
Time Commitment: 2–4 hours/week
Perfect for someone who believes in the power of representation, learning, and community building!
Events Committee Chair(s)
Help Bring the Fun to Life!
Are you organized, creative, and love a good party? The PTA is seeking a passionate and energetic individual—or dynamic duo—to lead our Events Committee this year!

Rally volunteers and community support
Be the reason our school’s favorite events come to life
Time Commitment: up to 20 hours per event
This role is ideal for someone who can juggle timelines, manage logistics, and isn’t afraid to dive in and make things happen. Communications Co-Leader
Keep Everyone In the Know!
Are you a natural storyteller, social media savvy, or love a good Canva template? The PTA is looking for a Communications Chair to help connect our school community by keeping parents, staff, and members informed and engaged.
What You’ll Do:
Manage PTA social media accounts and website updates
Create print materials for events and announcements
Liaison between PTA board, committee chairs, families, and the broader community
Help ensure events and initiatives get the attention they deserve
If you enjoy writing, design, or simply making sure everyone has the info they need—you’ll thrive in this role!
Time Commitment: 1–3 hours/week (flexible and can be shared!)
